1. How do I iron-on patches?
Iron-on patch instructions:
- Garment should be clean & freshly laundered (including new items).
- Set iron to "COTTON", 400 degrees, for five minutes.
- Thoroughly iron area of garment where patch will be placed.
- Place patch on garment, embroidery facing up.
- Place cloth or light towel over patch and using a slow circular motion, press firmly for 30 seconds.
- Turn garment inside out, and iron the back of the patch for 30 seconds.
- Let cool for one minute. If edge of patch can be lifted, repeat step 6.
Do not use on fabrics with a low melting point such as nylon, vinyl, or leather. Patch Parlor is not responsible for damage to garments, persons, or objects/entities caused by ironing, heat pressing, sewing, gluing, or other application methods of products. Patches and appliques can be applied by sewing or ironing. Permanence of application guaranteed by sewing. Do not use steam if ironing. Wash garments inside-out with a gentle, cool cycle and place inside a sealed pillow case.
2. Do you accept custom orders?
Sorry, we cannot process custom orders at this time.
3. How will my order ship?
We ship your patches USPS First Class Mail, First Class Parcel with Tracking, and Priority. Most orders will be mailed in a white envelope via USPS First Class Mail. Check out the shipping options when you are ready to pay for your order. Free shipping in the USA is always an option!
4. Do you accept returns?
Yes, all USA orders are eligible for returns, subject to a 15% return processing fee. Currently we cannot accept returns for international orders. Please return your item in new condition, within 30 days of receipt, to:

5. Where's my order?
Your order was likely mailed USPS first class mail in a white envelope. For larger orders, you will receive First Class Parcel with Tracking or Priority service. Check your mail area or expect to receive it in the mail very soon!
6. Do you wholesale your products?
Yes, most products are available for wholesale to qualified buyers. Contact email@example.com for info.
7. I received an order from Patch Parlor but I ordered from a different seller. What happened?
Patch Parlor sells patches in many marketplaces, but not all marketplaces. Some re-sellers, at their own discretion, are selling Patch Parlor products on other marketplaces / webstores with drop-shipping.
8. When will my order ship?
In most cases, orders are processed on the same day (before 2 pm PST) or within 1 business day. Typically orders take 2-6 business days for delivery in the USA once they're dispatched via First Class Mail. International orders typically take 1-3 weeks for delivery, sometimes longer.
9. How many products do you have?
Currently Patch Parlor has over 2750 products! You can find them all at patchparlor.com.
10. How do I find the products I need?
Use the search bar in the main menu if you're looking for something specific. Also, try the categories option in the main menu to shop by category such as sports, flowers, all patches, all pins, etc. Also, you'll find links to the pins and walking stick medallions in the main menu.
